3/4 inch Square Torque Sensor FT04 is a non-rotating type torque cell that converts a
torsional mechanical input into an electrical output
signal, reaction torque transducer FT04 is made
of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology supporting
torque measurement in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction
with 20N*m / 50N-m / 100N*m / 200Nm / 300N*m / 500N-m six rated
capacities to choose from. Square drive torque wrench calibration
tool FT04 offers a unique solution for auditing and
calibrating mechanical torque wrenches where the flange can be
mounted to the bench and the 3/4" square can accept
sockets.Torque cell FT04 can also be modified or customized as
per client's request.

Reaction torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the moment can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.The output range of Square Torque Transducer FT04 is normally within -22.5mV...+22.5mV, signal amplification may be required for most applications, a signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing.Taking FT04-500Nm and FSC(-5-5V)-24V for example,the torque-voltage relationship will be 0-500Nm torque in clockwise direction VS 0-5V output, 0-500N*m torque in CCW direction VS 0-(-5V) output.
