1. Introduction to Snack Extruder Processing Line 

 

Snacks Extruder Process Line adopts extrusion technology; it takes corn flakes powder as raw materials, through single screw rotary head extruder directly expanding out twist corn curls. After this it will be processed with dryer or fryer to get final crispy snacks.

 

The processing line is foodstuff equipment researched and developed on the basis of international advanced technology. the performance and quality have reached the highest international level of the same line. From feeding materials, extruding and inflating, roasting, spraying to finished products are done once time with automation. We fill the gap of the first-class food produced with extruded and inflated technology.

This processing line can be used to produce different sizes of corn rice wheat puff snacks, the size and thickness can be adjusted.

Snack Extruder Specifications

 

 

1. Stable performance: adopting frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable pre-formation.

 

2. Barrel: the barrel is euro-style rectangle barrel. The reflux refrigeration channel is optimized and disposed, which can make temperature difference in different smaller areas.

 

3. The material of the screw can be 38CrMoALA, under initiation treatment, or make of alloy bushing which is anti-wear.

 

4. Permanent working life: the screws are made of the alloy steel and special craft. It can work continuously for one year under conditions of high wear and pressure

 

5. The forced lubricating system can also extend the usage time of the extruder.

 

6. The Auto-temperature control system makes the temperature controlling much more direct and the parameters more precise.

 

7. Self-cleaning: the screw has the capability of self-cleaning. No need to disassemble when stooping.

 

8. Adopting difference rate of the screw length to meet different technology request.

1. We make accurate factory layout design according to customer’s factory size; if the customer needed, we could make workshop design with electricity power, water supply, gas power, material storage, final storage, worker’s restroom, etc.

After delivering machines to client’s factory, we start to apply for the Visa to client’s country immediately; normally the vessel needs 20-60 days to the required port, so we have enough time to get the Visa. While the machines arrives your factory, our engineers are ready to start for the commissioning service.

 

3. 1-2 of our engineers will go to your factory to install and adjust the processing line to realize normal production at shortest time.

 

4. Our engineers have responsibility to train and teach the workers how to operate, clean, maintain and repair all the machines, until the workers could well operate the processing line.
