Product Description

This line is the combination production line, which can be used to make snacks pellet, and also can be used to make salad sheet and salad sticks. The extruder, flour mixing machine, water tower is the same. But when make salad sheet and salad sticks, it need to add the cutting machine.

The processing line is used for producing 3D snacks pellet food such as triangle, hexogan, bad minton shape and so on.

Equipments material

Equipments are made of stainless steel and the screw is made of alloy steel and special craft, which guarantee the using time longer.

Three phases: 380V/50HZ, Single phase: 220V/50HZ, we can make it according to customers' local voltage of different countries.

Function: This machine is used to make the shape of 3D snacks pellet and cutting it separately.

It can make different shapes, such as triangle, oval, tennis pad, heart, etc by changing the shaping roller.
