High Temperature Retort Bag
This is a retort bag with special material, used for pasteurization, sterilization & microwave.
We specialize in producing retort pouch. It's the most inovative and trendy packaging for ready to eat food/ wet pet food etc. It enables the pouch to be sterilized in autoclaves, so retorted food can be kept in ambient condition, and enhance long shelf life.

1.Artwork in AI/Pdf format is supplier from customers.
2.We return Jpg.format to confirm text before digital printed proof,help customers do text amendments.
3.Digital printed proof to confirm CYMK processing graphic.
4.Cylinder engraving (7 days) mock up printed.
5.Mass order production:included Printing,Laminated,Curing,Pouch making,Inspected and qualified.
1. Cutting pouches into single small piece layer
2. Stripping small piece of pouch into single layer
3. Put layer into Tensile test instrument
4. Meanwhile,artificial olfactory test are in progress
5. Pouches must pass QC report to get "Conformity" before shipment
6. Retort bags must put in Boiled Hot pot to cook
7. Pouches can be shipped only after quality control testing report
