1.1. Spray dust reduction is one of the urban air purification systems. The new technology (Brownian Diffusion) AOBR technology is used to control air pollution. It is the continuation of TVOC air purification technology and HEPA filtration technology, which is more advanced, more scientific and more energy-consuming.
The principle of the new technology industry with low and significant purification effect is that the particles produced by spraying can suppress the dust in the air, thereby producing the dust-fixing effect. Because the particles are small, the surface tension is basically zero. When sprayed into the air, they can quickly absorb the large and small particles in the air, and can effectively control the amount of dust.
The effect of solid dust is obvious, the atomization effect is obvious, and no water droplets and moisture are generated. Metal equipment has a corrosive effect, protects the safety of production equipment, low cost, environmental protection and energy saving, fast installation, reasonable design, and high cost performance.
3.2. Shuangxin remote fog spraying and dust suppression equipment can be configured as "fixed type, tower type, lifting type, traction type (with generator and without generator) and vehicle-mounted" according to user installation requirements. The control mode can also be configured as "remote central control + on-site remote control" operation mode according to the needs of use.
In the remote central control, the relevant monitoring head transmits back to the scene screen in real time, and the equipment is operated according to the monitoring screen.
