Operation principle
Radar level sensor antenna of radar level gauge transmits the narrow microwave pulses and downward transmission by the antenna. Microwave is reflected back and received by the antenna system again, when the microwave exposure to the measured medium surface, and transmit the signal to the electronic circuit parts automatically converted into level signal
Features of 26G Radar Level Sensor
1). Antenna size is small, easy to install;
2). Non-contact radar, no wear, no pollution.
3). Almost free from corrosion, foam impact;
4). It is almost free from water vapor in the atmosphere,
temperature and pressure changes.
5). Severe dust working environment has little effect on
high-frequency level meter.
6). Shorter wave length that has a better reflection on the
inclined solid surface.
7). Small beam angle, energy concentration, enhanced echo
capabilities meanwhile beneficial to avoid interferences.
8). Measuring blind zone is smaller, it will achieve good
results for canister’s measuring.
9). High signal to noise ratio, even in the case of
fluctuations can obtain better performance.
10). High frequency, it is the best choice for measurement of
solids and low dielectric media.
