Mining Thickener NZT High-efficiency Concentrator Mining Thickerning Equipment
Introduction
Concentrator is generally used for concentrate concentration and
dehydration of tailings before filtration in dress plants to
concentrate the ore pulp with concentration of 20-30% to
concentration of 40-70%. It is widely used for concentration and
purification of slurry containing solid materials in industries of
ore dressing, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, construction
materials, and source water and wastewater treatment, etc.
It is mainly composed of a circular thickening tank and a rake
scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the
thickening tank settle under the action of gravity, and the upper
part becomes clarified water to separate the solid and liquid. The
sludge deposited on the bottom of the thickening tank is
continuously scraped and collected by a rake scraper to the center
of the bottom of the pool and discharged, while the clarified water
overflows from the upper edge of the thickening tank. Deep cone
thickeners are also called paste thickeners. In addition to the
characteristics of high-efficiency thickeners, they are deep cones,
which are much higher in height than other thickeners. It is mainly
composed of deep cone, feeding device, stirring device, control
box, drug delivery device and automatic control system.
Features
Thickener promoted the structure of internal feed tube on the basis
of traditional vertical flow sedimentation tank, which greatly
increase settling efficiency. The tank is circular, suspended
solids settle down into bottom conical sludge tank by gravity,
clear water flow away from overflow port around the upper tank. The
overflow port is equipped with scum filter and baffle to ensure the
water quality.Thickener is applicable to the concentrate and
tailings dehydration processing in beneficiation plant, widely used
in metallurgical, chemical, coal, nonmetal ore dressing,
environment protection, etc.
