GNERNAL FEATURS
- Flexo Printing Slotting Machine, named as corrugated box maker, is
designed to process corrugated cardboard into products such as
cartons, boxes, trays, displays etc.
- Flexo Printing Slotting Machine consists of feeding unit, printing
unit, slotting unit, die-cutting unit and auto stacker. All of
units can be locked when it works and moveable for cleaning and
maintaining.
- Integrated CNC Control system, trouble shooting, production
management system, remote control for maintenance, can connect with
ERP system.
- Quick printing plate mounting, motorized phase zero, register servo
control.
- Powerful dust remover, combined with 3-4 dust blowers, anti-static
bar, anti-brushes.

- The cardboard splicing arm is equipped with a paper pressing device
to make the cardboard smooth falling; and the front catching
platform adopts pneumatic lifting structure, which can adapt to the
die of different printing machines.
- The front of vibrator is equipped with a medium pressure fan to
achieve the effect of cleaning waste, and in the same time to make
sure the cardboard can be fastened to the conveyor belt and
transport smoothly.
- The cleaning device is composed of double vibrating cleaning
structure, each vibrating cleaning structure is driven by
independent motor, and get a better cleaning effect by different
jitter frequency.
- Dithering belt adopts imported cylindrical high elastic belt, which
is not easy to aging; it is not easy to damage cardboard under
high-speed dithering.
- The cylindrical belt shaft with semi-circular groove can adjust the
belt position freely, adapt to the production demand of all kinds
of special-shaped paperboard, and realize distribution of one to
two, one to three cardboard (Counter Stacker Optional).
- The back end of vibrator is equipped with an axial flow fan and
brush device to make the shaken waste paper fall from the cardboard
to achieve the best effect of the waste cleaning.
- The two sides of vibrator is equipped with a flat belt and a waste
paper guide board at the back end of vibrator, which is convenient
to completely output the waste paper and saves the waste paper
cleaning work.
- All motors of vibrator are controlled by independent button and can
be operated separately according to production demand.

- The cardboard conveyor platform adopts a new type of aluminum
structure, reduces the weight of the machine, adjusts conveniently,
and can meet all kinds of production requirements. The platform is
controlled by hydraulic system, the structure is reliable and the
operation is stable.
- Cardboard counting structure composed of back-end cardboard holding
part and PLC and photoelectric switch, the counting is accurate and
fast (Optional). and realize distribution of one to two, one to
three cardboard.
- Auto stacker can realize automatic and manual operation mode
according to different requirements. The front cardboard splicing
platform adopts pneumatic lifting structure, which makes easy
disassemble and assemble of wooden die.
- The front cardboard splicing arm is equipped with a paper pressing
device to make the paperboard more stable moving; the back-end is
equipped with a sun wheel cardboard pressing device to make the
cardboard fall horizontally.
- The cardboard splicing baffle can adjust according to cardboard
length manually by handwheel, so as to adapt to stack different
shapes of cardboard.
