FEEDING SECTION

  1. PLC control with HMI touch screen for operation.
  2. Lead edge feeder with 3-4 shafts feeding box, benefits for all kind of cardboard.
  3. Dust collection system use 4 suction blowers with groups of brushes.Anti-static dust removing system Optional.
  4. Servo Control Non-crush feeding system Optional.Skip feeding device in order to produce large boxes.
  5. Side baffles are computerized control or by order management.lFront guide is quickly manual adjusted, and backstop is motorized control.
  6. Two groups of feeding roller, upper roller covered with rubber, lower roller engraved with slot
  7. Motorized units open and close with alarm.
  8. Gaps are motorized control with digital display.
  9. Frequency inverter drive with variable suction control.

 
PRINTING SECTION

  1. PLC control with HMI touch screen for operation.
  2. Top print, Vacuum transfer system is coated with durable ceramic for longer life time.
  3. Vacuum transfer system greatly improves the printing accuracy and would overcome warp boards issues.
  4. Rubber and Anilox roller are made of A-class seamless pipe.
  5. USA ARO diaphragm ink pump.
  6. Auto zero- set for printing position.
  7. All vacuum transfer wheel bearings with independent grease fitting for lubrication.
  8. Servo control of register.
  9. Automatic washing system.
  10. Laser engraved ceramic anilox roll, 250-350LPI.
  11. Rubber Roller as standard, and chamber blade system is Optional, Doctor blade “Chamber” type would be suggested for high quality printing, hence this would also be a cost saving on the ink material.
  12. Surveillance System for checking cardboard transmission situation.

 
 
SLOTTER CREASER SECTION

  1. PLC control with HMI touch screen for operation.
  2. 8 shaft structure, pre-creasing, big-creasing, thin-creasing, slotting.
  3. Slotting boss and Creasing wheels are simultaneously co-adjusted for keeping cutting accuracy and avoiding slotting knife worn away.
  4. Gaps adjusted computerized control with digital display.
  5. Slotting boss movements adopts linear guiding system match with ball screw,
  6. Slotting boss adopts opposite insert structure, stable moving.
  7. Dual slotting system Optional.
  8. Auto zero- set for slotting knife.
  9. Slotting Register servo control.
  10. Middle knife movement.
  11. smooth movement.


 
DIE CUTTER SECTION

  1. PLC control with HMI touch screen for operation.
  2. Die-cutting cylinder adopts Heavy duty structure.
  3. Servo control of register.
  4. Speed compensation device system allow operators to adjust the speed ratio between anvil and die mould cylinders.
  5. With automatic grinding system.
  6. Automatic back to zero position.

 
 
FOLDER GLUER & COUNTER EJECTOR
 

  1. PLC control with HMI touch screen for operation.
  2. Top printing with down folding.
  3. Independent servo control of folding gluer side belts, speed can be adjust freely.
  4. Independent servo control of guiding wheels for tracking box folding edge to make sure accurate folding.
  5. Main belts with vacuum blower for accurate transmission.
  6. Full servo control of counter ejector jobs to make sure precision counting and ejecting.
