Description of aluminum sheet 3003:
3003 is alloyed with 1.2% maganese and 0.12% copper alloy commonly available. It's one of the most commonly used of all aluminum alloys. It has all the excellent properties of alloy 1100: excellent corrosion resistance and the ability to be easily drawn or spun, welded or brazed. Alloy 3003 has fairly low strength but it can be hardened to a certain degree by cold working.

Properities introduction of aluminum sheet 3003 :
1. Corrosion Resistence:
3003 aluminium sheet is excellent in wide range of environments, such as food, and architectural applications.
2. Welding:
GMAW(gas metal arc welding) and GTAW(Gas tungsten arc welding) are preferable when it's used to produce structural welds. It's excellent weldability is enabling all standard methods, gas, electric and resistence welding.
3. Heat treatment:
Alloy 3003 can be hardened by cold rolling but it is not hardened by heat treatment.
Alloy 3003 is often supplied in H1x tempers. mistly commonly H12 and H14.
Soft temper can be gotten after annealing.
