Instrument introduction:
The DIN 54837 large combustion box is based on the method
determined by the DIN 54837 standard of the Rail Vehicle Standards
Committee of the German Institute for Standardization (FSF). ,
Determine the length of the sample destroyed by the flame, the time
to complete combustion, the development of smoke and the combustion
characteristics of the drippings.
Passing the DIN 54837 standard test helps to classify products
according to DIN 5510-2 for flammability, smoke formation and
dripping characteristics.
It is suitable for flammability grades S2 to S5; smoke density
grades SR1 and SR2 (light attenuation integral); droplet status
ST1&ST2.
main feature:
1. Large combustion test box, equipped with double transparent
observation windows, in line with standard DIN 50050-2;
2. The internal size of the box is 1350 X 800 X 800mm, and the
overall height of the combustion box is 3.2 meters;
3. The bottom of the box body is a stainless steel square grille,
which can be evenly and naturally ventilated. The size of the
grille is 30 X 30mm and the height is 30mm;
4. Equipped with anemometer to measure wind speed, the range is
0-10m/s, and the accuracy is 0.1m/s;
5. Combustion test box, three K-type thermocouples are installed in
the exhaust pipe, the measurement range is 0-300 degrees, and the
accuracy is 0.1 degrees;
6. Digital display temperature display instrument, which can
display the average temperature of 3 thermocouples in the exhaust
pipe, with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees;
7. The base of the test box is 800 X 800 X 800 mm;
8. Install 6 time counters, which can separately record the
ignition time, smoldering time, continuous burning time, maximum
flame height time, dripping occurrence time and burning time, and
the accuracy of the counter is 0.1 second;
9. Equipped with a stainless steel calibration plate, 3 K-type
thermocouples are welded on the back, the temperature range is
0-900 degrees, used to calibrate the flame temperature of the
burner;
10. Equipped with 3 temperature display instruments, which can
display the three-point calibration temperature on the calibration
board with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees;
11. Equipped with wide-mouth burner device and manual sliding
track;
12. Equipped with 3 stainless steel sample holders, which can be
hung on the sample rack;
13. Equipped with smoke density measurement system, including
incandescent light source and silicon photodiode;
14. The incandescent lamp is a 2896K light source;
15. The silicon photodiode is equipped with a cosine calibration
device and a color filter, which has a high degree of human eye
matching;
16. Equipped with a data acquisition system, using a 232
communication interface, which can be connected to a computer. The
test software can display the transmittance value and the
absorbance value, and can draw a standard transmittance curve at
the same time.
