Robot Cable Bending Testing Equipment, 6 Station CRIA 0003.2 Wire Testing Equipment

 

Application:

 

The robot cable bending testing equipment conforms to TUV, VDE and UL. It can be used to test bending of the robot cable, flexible cable, bending flexible cable, drag chain cable, chain bend and high flexible cable. The machine is a six-station structure, which is mainly used for repeated bending test of metal wire materials, could detect metal wire’s performance of bearing plastic deformation and defects during repeated bending test.

Features:

 

1. Main parts: single chip microcomputer, touch screen display/control;

2. Parameter setting: machine control parameters;

3. Test conditions: test speed, test frequency, test angle, control condition, etc.

4. Test monitoring: current equipment operation state, such as actual number and speed of cable bending, etc.

5. Unsupervised: device can automatically determine the flow of the sample by monitoring the loop of the sample, and automatically stop when the circuit is broken.

6. Special fixture: to adjust the radius of curvature by adjusting the bending curvature roller with different wire lines.

Test method: the upper end is fixed and the lower end hoisting weight. The sample is bent with free rotational bending curvature.

Sample diameter: 0.3 ~ 15 mm Ф;

Sample speed: 0 ~ 45 times/min can be adjusted (note: the test cycle as consisting of four steps, namely as a back and forth around 180 °);
