Scope of application:

1.1 The collection, data measurement and analysis of harmful substances in the combustion of flue gas of solid materials are indispensable equipment for the detection of hazardous substances in the flue gas of non-metallic products.

1.2 The ratio of light density to the smoke produced by solid materials during combustion is applied to determine the cigarette performance of plastic under specified conditions.

1.3 This instrument is applicable to the collection and detection of the components of hazardous substances and is widely used in this industry and the research and testing units.

Main parameters:

The smoke density test box is composed of closed combustion test box, photoelectric measuring system, heating system, gas supply system and smoke density test software.

3.1 test box: the front door of the test box with hinge mounting is fully open, the front door is equipped with a window, and the movable opaque screen is installed in front of the window.

3.2 photoelectric Measurement System: it consists of power supply, photomultiplier tube, amplifying transparent film, optical brake, filter, neutral permeable sheet, lens, optical system dark box, light source and light window heater.

: 3.3 heating system: radiation furnace with casing before and after wall equidistance, furnace face is to the enclosure wall is about 305 mm, right center distance furnace face the bottom of the box body is 195 mm, front end face of samples exposed surface is 38 mm, and the exposed surface parallel to the sample.

3.4 gas supply system:

3.4.1 Gas source: purity is 95%, propane and air mixed gas, pressure is 170Kpa

3.4.2 Propane flow meter: 1~100cm3/min

3.4.3 Air flow meter: 5~500cm3/min

3.5 sample box and bracket:

3.5.1 Sample box: equipped with asbestos lining, spring and retaining rod are used for fixed sample. The exposed area of sample is 65MM*65MM

3.5.2 Support: used to support radiant furnace and irradiance meter.

The software can switch the Chinese and English Interface, bring the printer device and issue the printing medium/English report. Raw data and data processing results can be imported into word and excel.

3.7.2 Software has system calibration, leak detection, security warning, power failure data saving function.

3.7.3 Software can create the prompts in the test process to make the operation more secure and orderly.
