Fabric Circular Sample Cutter, Circular Sample Cutter can cut various fabric samples such as 100 cm² Matindale test. With the stretching action, accurate circular fabric samples with smooth edges can be cut, even difficult-to-cut materials such as fabric, film, tissue, corrugated cardboard and artificial leather can be easily cut with the sample cutter.

3. How to use:
1 3.1 Place the sample to be cut on the rubber mat, and then place  sampler on the sample as well.
Put the sampler on the sample as well. Remove the locking device
Remove the locking device and turn it around about 90 degrees. Control the sampler with one hand
Control the sampler with one hand and the other hand
Hold the handwheel, press and turn
Rotate the handwheel clockwise. (Rotate >90º)
2 3.2 Bring the locking device back. Do not let the blade
Do not let the blade out so that it does not cut your hand or other things.
4. Construction and adjustment:
1 4.1 There are four blades, and you can replace them with new ones as needed.
You can replace the blades with new ones as you need. Our blades are ordinary razor
blades.
Operation: Loosen all Phillips screws and carefully remove the platen and blades
Carefully remove the platen and blade, install the new
blades, and tighten the screws again.
Please note: Make sure that the four blades are kept at
at the same level.
2 4.2 The bottom of the sampler has many catches
to avoid slippage and to facilitate cutting.
5. Caution:
1 5.1 Be careful, the blades are very sharp. Do not put your
hands under the sampler.
2 5.2 Use the sampler on a rubber mat. If not
Put it back in the box after cleaning.
3 5.3 After a period of use, if the blade becomes dull
Please replace the blade with a new one as described in 4.1 above.
