Refractory Plastic Castable is made of high alumina clinker, corundum, mullite and silicon
carbide. It has excellent wear resistance, super bonding and high
operating temperature. The refractory made of different binder and
admixture has the advantages of convenient construction, good
plasticity and good abrasion resistance. In order to reduce the
wear and increase the service life of cyclone separator, we suggest
our customers laying a layer of wear-resistant refractory plastics
on the inner wall of the cyclone separator inlet.
Features of refractory plastic castable:

Refractory Plastic Castable can be applied to wear resistant and scour resistant parts of
various boilers, such as circulating fluidized bed boiler cyclone,
lining of furnace wall, ash impact and serious parts. The use of
this material in maintenance or emergency repair can reduce oven
time and restore capacity as soon as possible. Widely used in
electric power, metallurgy, steel, ceramics, chemical industry and
other industries.
