Stainless Steel Plain Weave Woven Wire Mesh

Stainless steel mesh is the most popular woven screen in the industrial world. It is known for its corrosion resistanceand strength.

 

Stainless steel wire mesh contains chromium and nickel in addition to steel. It is non-magnetic in the annealed condition. After stainless steel wire mesh has been woven, it may become slightly magnetic due to cold working.

 


Basic Metal Materials: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. 

 

Main Standard: AISI, JIS, EN, DIN, JIS, SUS


Weaving Type: Plain Weave

Plain weave: Each weft wire passes over one and under one warp wire, and each warp wire passes over one and under one weft wire, every weft wire have and warp wire the same diameter. Characteristics: square aperture, high flow through, relative high open area, as result less pressure drop during filtration suitable for all kinds of filtration up to 63 µm.

 

Characteristics: Stainless steel wire mesh with its excellent resistance against acid, alkali, heat and corrosion, extensively used in processing of oil, chemical and food, making wire mesh filter, also sorting and screening of solid, liquid and gas in mine, metallurgy, airspace and machine making, etc.

Material: Stainless Steel Wire 304, 316, or Brass Wire, Nickel Wire, etc.
Wire Diameter: Millimeter, Inch, Wire Gauge(SWG), etc.
Mesh Size: Number of opening per linear inch.
Width: 1.0m, 36", 48", etc.
Length: 30M, 100', etc.
Quantity: No of rolls or cut-pieces,or square feet required
Other: If it is not find the mesh size, etc, send a sample of desired wire cloth.
