800℃ 700g 0.8mm Silver Coated High Silica Cloth For Heat Resistant
Silver(Aluminium foil) coated high silica cloth is woven from durable silica glass fibers
and then coated with a silver coating. It is a kind of
inorganic fiberglass fabric with more than 96% content of SiO2. The melting point of this high temperature
silica cloth is 1300℃. It is able to resisting a temperature of
800degree continuously. What's more, it can be used under1200℃ instantaneously . It is an ideal heat resistant materials. However, the
coating can only withstand 260 to 300℃. This silver coating is
reflective, except for fire resistance, it can also reflect
most heat.
The basic cloth of this coated high silica cloth is 600g/m2.
After coating, totally weight can be 700g/m2(100gsm
coating on one side). Then thickness is 0.8mm. Count per cm is
18/13. Weave of this high silica cloth is 8HS satin weave. In
this pattern eight harness satin, there is a seven-by-one
interfacing where a filling yarn floats over seven warp yarns
and under one warp. In fact Satin weave is more stable than the
plain weave. If you want 12 harness satin, it is high silica cloth 1200g
1.3mm silica basic cloth.
