Chemical Resistant 3732 Grey Silicone Coated Fiber Glass Fabric
This silicone coated fiber glass fabric is
3732 fiberglass base cloth with 80g/m2 grey silicone
coating each side. The base fiber glass cloth can used below
550℃ continuously. Silicone coating can be used below 260℃.
Woven fiber glass cloth are very common used for marine and
composite construction and repair. This light weight but high
strength cloth provide smooth finish and are
excellent for producing a waterproofing layer or other
treatment when is combined with the appropriate resin. Heavier
cloths will provide greater strength and overall rigidity.
Fiberglass cloths of Unionfull are compatible for use
with polyester resins, epoxy resins or vinyl ester resin.
Base on silicone coating's properties, major application of
silicone coated fiber glass cloth, rubber coated fabric are fire/welding blanket, fire curtains,
fabric expansion joints, thermal
insulation, removable insulation blankets, food handling
operations and release sheet material.
Yarn type of e-glass 3732 fabric is e-glass G37 1/0 0.7Z
fiberglass yarn.
Total weight is 510g/m2. 430g/m2+40g/m2 per side.
Common widths Unionfull produce are 100cm, 127cm
and 155cm.

About Fiber Glass
Extremely soft weave allows lay-up into the tightest parts. Can be
used in many high performance composite parts where good
drapability is needed.
Currently available in 39", 50" and 61" width.
E-glass fiberglass fabrics are most common used. It is high
strength and fireproofing. S-Glass will has the same working
qualities as a standard E-glass. But you will get an approximate
25-30% increase in breaking strength. Used in applications where
the most possible strength is required while keeping weight to a
minimum.
