CBT 4220-2013 Marine round gooseneck ventilator Technical agreement:
1. The surface of all parts of the marine gooseneck ventilator
should be smooth, free of burrs and cracks, the surface of the weld
should be cleaned, the attachment switch should be flexible, and
the movable parts should be coated with lubricating grease;
2. When the cover of the marine gooseneck ventilating tube is
closed, the edge of the air tube should be evenly pressed into the
filler, and there should be continuous contact imprinting, and the
imprinting width b≥t/2. The tightness test requires the root
installation position and the classification of the ship. Social
norms and regulations.
3. The parts of the gooseneck ventilator should be derusted (shot
blasting, spraying or manual), and after cleaning, they should meet
the requirements of Sa2 or St2 in GB8923.
4. After the marine gooseneck ventilator is manufactured, it should
be coated with anti-rust primer twice.
5. After the marine gooseneck ventilator is manufactured, the
inspection department will issue a certificate of conformity after
the test is completed.
