These manual control valves are most widely used for operating valves of winches with a pressure compensator for series hydraulic circuits. The turning angle of the lever is proportional to the flow passing through the valve, and is not affected by changes in load or varied input flow. This valve also has a stable flow rate (speed) control, and allows for adjustment of the maximum flow at A and B ports. The flange installation size is compliant with JIS B2291 and safety valve is built-in. The hand lever can be positioned at every 90 degrees, while P and T ports are specifically designed to be in parallel with the mounting surface–installation with JIS LSA type flanges enables a downwards piping arrangement for efficient use in limited spaces.
This multifunctional, compact control valve can be used along with a brake valve, a counter-balance valve, and other accessory devices. It features an easy port-changing capability between internal and external drain, with minimal shock and light force to move the lever. The fitting of pipes to the P and T ports is made easier with the addition of a manifold block. Furthermore, the main parts such as bolts are constructed out of stainless steel for durability.
Additional features include the option of manual, hydraulic or electrical operation, sensitive, load-independent control, a pressure relief valve for system protection, and important accessory parts such as setscrews which are stainless steel or coated with rust protection.
