Main Characteristics

1. Split structure is adopted for the entire machine, which facilitates transportation and installation;

3. Low consumption of electricity and coal and low cost: The device dries wheat of 1.5tons/hr, consumes coal of 20kg and electricity of 5-7Kw/h in standard condition;

4. Large range of moisture reduction: It can reduce the wet grain of any moisture to the safe moisture level on a one-time basis and is most suitable for drying grain of humidity below 30%;

5. Free of pollution: The coal-fired hot blast furnace will heat fresh air as drying medium by exchanger. In this way, the dried grain will be free of pollution.

6. Small floor area: The entire unit covers a floor space of 15 square meters.

8. Automatic control: This equipment employs electric control and carries out automatic control on hot air temperature.

9. It is equipped with a walking device to make it movable.
