A Complete Line Full Automatic 9 Strips Razor Wire Machine With Mould
The machine is compact, small in size, easy to operate, simple to adjust, low in energy consumption and easy to maintain. Suitable for single and mass production of various types of barbed wire. Mainly divided into two parts:
First, the blade tape punching machine,using different press, pressure speed 220m/h/tape,power 3kw,production blade net length 25mm, 22mm, 15mm, 11mm, etc.Various specifications to set the mold. Pressing the steel strip into 9 strips, the plate thickness is 0.5mm per hour, the knife length is 22mm, and the steel strip is 80kgs.
Second, the part of the covered wire forming machine: the steel wire and the blade steel strip are bundled together and made into a circular long net required.
