A, sure, we have 3 engineers to do this work only every year, their work is go abroad to help the clients about the install work and train workers how to operate well of my machines

A, sure and welcome. actually we will invit every client to come to visit my factory when we finish the machines for them, so they can check their machines together. this is the best way to build the trust and long time business friendship between us
Q, if you will give some spares parts with machine?
A, yes. When send the machine to every client, we will attach some easy to damaged spares with machine together, all these spares are freely.and in the future, if u need, we will send some by express with only material cost price, no any profit to service every client of us.
