ÜNFLEX PUR – HF Crane Mining Power Control Cable
This cable is designed for use as an energy and control cable in
festoon systems and as a chain cable. It is suitable for
applications where moderate mechanical stresses, torsion, tension,
and torque are present.

Additionally, it can serve as a drum reeling cable. The special
polyurethane compound jacket offers excellent protection against
hydrolysis, solvents, alkalines, and oils.

Construction:
• Conductor: Electrolytic, stranded, plain annealed copper wire
Class 5 according to IEC 60228
• Insulation: All cores are insulated with a halogen-free compound
based on polyester.
• Core Identification: Up to 5 cores are colored in accordance with
DIN VDE 0293-308; from 6 cores, white cores with black numbers are
used.
• Lay Up: Features a central textile strength member, with cores
laid up in concentric layers with a short length of lay.
• Outer Sheath: Halogen-free, flame-retardant polyurethane compound
available in black, yellow, or orange.
