This happened in the 1940s and 1950s, when unprecedented advances in science and technology after the Second World War introduced plastics produced from petroleum products into everyday life on a large scale. Buttons have become cheap, readily available, and varied in form, color, hole, and size.

Polyester buttons can imitate almost any material - even completely natural, such as horns. The quality of doing so may make it difficult for non professionals to identify imitations.

The preferred ratio of polyester buttons and all other materials is about 10:1. This is easy to understand given its extremely low price. They can tolerate all known decoration and decoration methods and procedures. In addition, inscriptions and logos can be added according to customer requirements.
