*Usage
This unit is not only the essential equipment of labor protection, but also the essential facilities against poisonous and corrosive material. If accidents happen, reduce the damage to the minimum degree by quickly spraying or washing the hurt.

*Structure
1. with thread pipe and union connected, installed conveniency
2. The ball valve controls shower and eye wash respectively. It is easily operate and you may assure the quality.
3. the small drain hole in the eye wash pipe can drain off water remained in eye wash sprayers ,which is convinent for cleaning and preventing frostbite.
*Main material: good quality 304 stainless steel
*Installation
1. You should check the model, instruction and packing list of products before installation.
2. The location of the emergency equipment should be installed within 10 seconds walking time or 15 meters from the hazard.
3. clean the pipes before installed emergency shower.
4.pls install all parts according to the product drawing,the connect thread of every part must wind by sealing strip,connect inlet and outlet pipe separately.
5.check the switch valve wether they are flexible and exact.
*Method of application:
1. open the inlet control valve before using.
2. open the eye wash dust cove upwards at the handler,eye wash sprayer works.
3.pull down shower switch handle ,body shower can spray water.
*Attention
1. open or close the eye wash bowl dust cover gently.
2. Should using the facility above zero environments, and you should notice the pipeline antifreeze if used in the cold place.
3. suggest to install the main valve in the inlet pipe, close the main valve first after using, then close the shower/eye wash valve when clear up the remain water.
*Maintenance
1.only can use when accident happen,no using for body and hands washing in normal.
2.Test the equipment competely every week,so we can ensure emergency use when accident happen.this equipment is not medical equipment,only can emergency shower and reduce hurts to body by hazardous material.
3.when accidents happen,hurt people should choose shower time according by hurt degree,and prepare salvage steps at the same time.
