Description of small scale meltblown making machine:
1.The melt-blown nonwoven process uses high-speed hot air to draw a thin stream of polymer melt extruded from the spinneret of the die,thereby forming ultra-fine fibers and condensing on the curtain net or roller, and relying on itself It becomes a nonwoven fabric.
2.Meltblown non-woven fabric is the core material of masks. Meltblown cloth mainly uses polypropylene as the main raw material, and the fiber diameter can reach 1 to 5 microns.
