1. This pvc profile extrusion line can produce PE , PP or PVC and wood profile products. These products are mainly applied for making pallets , packing cases , floors , wall decoration materials and other wide applications. The wood powder or plant fiber can be put up to max, 50-75%. This machine can produce the PP ,PE ,PVC , ABS , PS and etc.
2. This pvc profile machine is composed of cone twin screw extruder,
vacuum calibration tank, haul-off, cutter, stacker, and also
coordinated with different profile break-section and mould to
produce PVC door&window profile,indoor floor, decoration plate
material, profile and multi-hole wire plastic products etc.
Description:
1. The output capacity of main extruder is from 150kg/h to 450kg/h for option. Haul-off machine is specially designed with particular up and down technology of our company, working stable, reliable and heavy duty force. Vacuum sizing tank having particular dig eddy low cooling system for cooling and sizing easy for high speed extruding necessary. The action of cross direction saw cutter keeping synchronous with haul-off controlled by import PLC controller, reasonable design, running stable.
2. Apre-heating feeder is mounted on the top of the extruder which extracts the humidity from the wood powder , so that the feeding section of the extruder can be filled with enough material and the plastification effect will be better.
3. Special and well designed screw enables the raw material to be evently stay in the extruder. The screws and barrel are bi-metallic treated , more wearable and anti-corrosion.
4. WPC profile from our machine has following features:
green environment protection, waterproof, dampproof, anti-corrosion, rot-resistence, ametabolic and good fire-retardant.
Also, Wood Plastic Machine WPC Machine can be used after recycling, and has been widely used in fields of floor, guard bar, tray, packing cases, partition board, window and door sheath, skirting line, etc.
