Brief introduction:
PVC WPC door frame machine adopts SJSZ special
exrtuder , energy saving and high efficiency . The 8-meter
calibration platform can fully cool the door frame . PVC WPC door
frame is fully mixed with wood poeder fiber and plastic . It has
physical and mechanical properies comparable to hardwood , such as
compression resistance and bending resistance , and its durability
is obviously better than ordinary wood materials . High surface
hardness , generally 2-5 times that of wood.
Performance and characteristics of PVC wood-plastic door cover
production line:
1. The barrel adopts aluminum casting heating ring heating and air
cooling system to cool down, and the heat transfer is fast and
even.
2. Different screws can be selected according to different formulas
to achieve plasticizing effect.
3. The reduction box and distribution box use bush bearings,
imported oil seals, and gears are made of alloy steel and nitrided.
4. Design of reduction box and distribution box, reinforced thrust
bearing, large transmission torque and long service life
5. The vacuum sizing table adopts an enlarged vortex cooling
system, which is convenient for cooling and setting. The special
three-position adjustment control of horizontal tilt control makes
