With the fast growing demands of network today, the high density polyethylene microduct allows for a more economic and advantagesous method for optic fiber installation, through better utilization of space within esiting ducts.
Microducts are small ducts for the installation of small microduct fibre optic cables. They have a size ranging from typically 7-14mm or up to 20mm. And those micro-ducts are installed as bundles in larger ducts, like 2 ways, 4 ways and 7 ways.
Below pipe extrusion line is to make those microduct at high speed 60m/min.

The Silicon material used for the inner layer ensures easy installation of cable due to its low coefficient of friction. As a result, no lubricants are rquired/ TO furtherreduce friction, pipes maybe supplied with a ribbed core.
