Description:
Mayhew Junior Rods
We manufacture drill rods from seamless tubing and hardened &
tempered alloy steel tool joints.
All our tool joints are pre-machined and heat treated before final
machining to ensure accuracy.
All threads are gauged to international standards to ensure
interchangebility on existing rods irrespective of supplier.
We manufacture a wide variety of rods which include conventional,
RC and aircore flush.
Our drill rods can be supplied in a variety of different threads
which include Remet, Metzke, Api, ARD, Api internal flush, Junior
Mayhew and so forth.
We also manufacture reverse circulation drill pipe, and reverse
circulation stainless steel RC rods.

Packaging & Shipping
1. The drill pipes will be packed into bundles as 3x3, 3x4, 4x4
etc. and loading into containers after black painting and thread
protectors installation.
2. For 20' container, the max loading weight is 21 metric tons
3. For 40' container, the max loading weight is 27 metric tons
Usage Note:
New drill pipe should be pasted thread oil before connection
Make up and break at least 3 times before drilling
3. Hard bending and plastic coating can be processed according to
clients' special requirements
