Heavy Industry Equipment High-Capacity Severe Duty Bucket For PC/CAT/EC Excavator Parts
The “rock bucket” is used to ROCK HANDLING OPERATIONS, Huitong manufactures rock buckets for excavators starting from the 16-tonne class. We adopt Sweden-made HARDOX steel and advanced CNC Cutting Machine. All wear parts are made of HARDOX. The bucket body are made of 16MN.
It's our toughest series of all time. And we made it for the harshest working conditions, such as: hard digging, loading rocks, coal mining. etc.
Recommended for shot rock, stratified materials, or highly abrasive applications.
Three types of SF Buckets
1. Standard bucket
Main Feature: the normal thickness of the plate, excellent domestic teeth and adaptor
Application: applied to the light working environment, such as excavating clay, sand and loamy gravel
2. Heavy-Duty bucket
Main Feature: Thicker plate, higher quality tooth plate which can last the using time. choose domestic wear-resistant plate as cutting edge and side cutters, to reach high abrasion and bending ability
Application: Application to the heavy environment, such as the excavating and loading of hard soil, soil rock, second hard rock, weathered granite
3. Rock bucket
Main Feature: add a strengthen plate in the bottom, add side protective plate, and protective plate.to reach high abrasion and bending ability. and choose domestic bucket teeth and adaptor for the bucket
Application: applicable to heavy environment, such as the loading of hard stone and ore after the blasting

4. WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CE CERTIFICATIONS?
Ce certification is for one product, not the whole factory, and we have way too many product lines to registered CE for, but our customers from Europe said it's easy to solve the CE problem. And we are working on the CE certifications registration process, in order to save our customers' time in the furture.
