Gear pump
The Gear pump is the supply oil pump of the main pump in the hydraulic system to ensure the stability of the oil pressure of the main pump supply system.Gear pump is a rotary pump that relies on the working volume change and movement formed between the pump cylinder and the meshing gear to transfer liquid or to boost it. By two pump teeth, pump body and front and back cover to form two closed space, when the gear rotation, gear off the side of the space volume from small to large, the formation of a vacuum, the liquid suction, gear meshing side of the space volume from large to small, and the liquid squeezed into the pipeline. The suction chamber and the discharge chamber are separated by the meshing line of two gears. Gear pump exhaust outlet pressure depends entirely on the size of the pump outlet resistance.
