First: You offer us Size, qty ,design and other special request, We
make best quotation for you.
Second: You confirm all details, and offer us purchasing order;
Third: We offer you the Proforma invoice and do artwork for your
confirmation;
Forth: You confirm invoice and pay money 100% in advance;
Fifth: We produce and package the products, and take photo for
confirmation before shipping;
Sixth: You confirm the photo, and We ship parcel and offer Tracking
number in 2 days;
Seventh: We offer after-sales service after you receive parcel;

A: We are locating in Dongguan City, GuangDong Province (Canton Fair Area), and our production facility is covering more than 10,000 sqm place.
Q: How long can we receive your quotation?
A: If your inquiry is in detail specification, quotation will be offered within 6 hours. In order to receive our quotation in first time, please provide to us the following information: Product usage, Style, Material, Workmanship, Size, Logo, Quantity.
Q: How many days for sampling?
A: 5 – 10 days according to requirements.
Q: How many days for production?
A: 15 – 40 days based on different requirements and order quantity.
Q: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
A: All of our products are customized according to customer's demand, so we have no standard lines available from stock.
Q: Could I put my own logo on products?
A: Sure, we can produce different kinds of logo on products, like laser printing, silkscreen, logo board…
Q: Should I pay extra for logo printing?
A: Normally it is included when you are talking with us for ordering, but this is differ from different kind of logo requirements.
