Carrot processing line process:
Raw material selection, cleaning, peeling, cutting, blanching, refining, enzyme reaction, enzyme depressing, filtration, sterilization, filling, and finished products. It includes raw material pretreatment system, peeling and beating system, concentration evaporation system, juice extraction system, concentration evaporation system, bactericidal filling system, and distribution system.

Carrot drinks are allocated to the production line:
The production line is a carrot juice compound beverage made of carrot juice or concentrated juice to produce all kinds of flavors. Before blending, the carrot juice should be restored, and a proper amount of water is added to make the carrot juice pre - soluble and diluted. According to the different filling forms, the deployment and production of carrot can be divided into hot filling, normal temperature filling and low temperature filling. The form of filling determines the sterilization process. The processing flow of the carrot blending production line is basically sugar dissolving - blending - constant volume - sterilization - filling - filling after treatment. After hot filling, two times of sterilization and cooling are needed after filling.
