Product Description
T-3566is a High temperature edge-banding hot melt adhesive, applied
for automatic edge-banding machine. With high hot tack, good
heat-stability, excellent bonding strength and resistance to high
temperature, it can be used for edge-banding of films of PVC,
paper, polyester, veneer and metal to particle board and fiber
board.

Recommended application temperature: 180-210°C.The viscosity and
setting time can be adjusted by changing the glue temperature, the
application temperature should be adjusted based on the practical
use .
The cover of glue tank should be closed after filling adhesive lest
the adhesive might be polluted. If the plant line stops for over 2
hours, the glue temperature should be tuned down to about 100°C to
avoid the aging of adhesive influencing the adhesion performance.
If the applicator stops for over 8 hours, the glue in tank should
be emptied.
T-3566 should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive
Shelf life and storage conditions the quality of this product is usually stored in cool, dry storage
conditions and without any other adverse effects, and can be stored
in intact raw packaging for at least 2 years without deterioration.

The glue tank should be cleaned by paraffin or naphthenic oil, MSDS should be consulted for proper handling before use.
Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when filling hopper or pot.
