Clamp parts consist of clamp oil cylinder, clamp block and frame. The clamp block will be changed according to the different diameters of the pipe; hydraulic cylinder pushes the clamp block to clamp the pipe to keep the stability of the pipe when cutting.The feeing-in device consists of feeding trolley, feeding servo motor, ball bearing lead screw. The sawing parts
are installed on the feeding trolley; the servo motor pushes the feeding trolley to feed with different speed through the ball bearing lead screw; it can automatically adjust the travel to realize fast forward, working forward and fastback according to steel pipe's different diameters and wall thickness.
High-speed tracking walking trolley is incorporated with the driving device; the reducer is driven by servo motor to drive
synchronization belt pulley; the trolley is pulled by synchronization belt to move front and back in high speed. The walkingtrolley is 30 degree angle with the level; sawing parts are installed on the walking trolley; saw bit cuts the pipe with 30 degree angle, especially for square pipe, saw bit cuts from the angle of the square pipe to improve the cutting effects and the
flow of the cooling fluid. The walking acceleration of the trolley is by speed-measurement encoder send the producing
speed of the pipe mill to microcomputer, then the microcomputer send instruction to control servo motor’s turning speed to realize the quick synchronization. There is a set of tension adjusting device at the tie-in of the synchronization belt;
it adjusts by a long nut with screw thread M24×1; the client can adjust according to the use of the synchronization belt at any time.
