Description of Chilling Roller:


A chilling roller primarily acts as a heat transfer and finishing device in the extrusion of flat sheet and cast film and in coating operations.We are the celebrated manufacturer and supplier of Chilling Roller designed to cool the web to a specific temperature. Passing cooling water through the roll is called a chilling roll.

Calendered film or adhesive tape were applied when in the finished roll of products shrinks to reduce the distortion caused by cooling the hot material before becoming the material roll. The material roll of products should be cooled by a chilling roller to be achieved to reduce the material deformation.

Chilling roller normally is located on the left side of the web roll drying apparatus for reducing the temperature of the web to the heatset ink curing temperature.

These rollers are used to facilitate a specific process of web handling of substrates that require proper cooling.
