1. introduction

  • This machine is applicable to metal, cementing compound, tubes, sectional bars, aerospace, petrochemical, waterproof rolls, wire and cable, textile, fiber, rubber, ceramics, food, mechanical packaging, geo-textile, film, wood, paper and other industries and quality supervision department, and it also can be used in college for teaching demonstration.
  • Adopting precise auto control and data acquisition system to realize fully digital adjustment to data acquisition and control process. During tensile test, it can test max. bearing tensile, compression, tensile strength, deformation, elongation and other technical specifications;
  • After tensile test, the above parameters can be calculated automatically through main controller according to the test parameters, which are set before test and meantime display the corresponding test results. All test parameters can be saved and inquired after test, also can be connected with printer to print test reports.

(2) Special test items:
Elastic Young's modulus
Definition: The ratio of the normal stress component to the normal strain in the same phase. To determine the coefficient of material stiffness, the higher the value, the stronger the material.
2. Example: The load can maintain a proportional relationship with the elongation within a certain range, and the maximum stress is the ratio limit.
3. Elastic limit: the maximum stress that the material can withstand without permanent deformation.
4. Elastic deformation: After the load is removed, the deformation of the material completely disappears.
5. Permanent deformation: After the load is removed, the material remains deformed.
6. Yield point: When the material is stretched, the deformation increases and the stress does not change. This point is the yield point. The yield point is divided into upper and lower yield points, and the above yield point is generally used as the yield point.
Yield: The load exceeds the proportional limit and is no longer proportional to the elongation. The load will suddenly drop, and then the ups and downs will rise and change over a period of time. This phenomenon is called yielding.
7. Yield strength: The quotient of the permanent elongation when the tensile strength reaches a certain value, divided by the original area of ​​the parallel portion.
8. Spring K value: the ratio of the force component to the deformation in the same phase as the deformation.
9. Effective elasticity and hysteresis loss:
On a tensile machine, when the sample is stretched to a certain elongation at a certain speed or stretched to a specified load, the percentage of the ratio of the work recovered during contraction and the work consumed during stretching is determined to be effective. Elasticity; the percentage of the ratio of the energy lost during elongation and contraction of the sample to the work consumed during elongation is the hysteresis loss.
