3. Feature
3.1 Full function: test the broken bar and thin bar due to porosity, sand hole and residue caused by manufacturing technical or bad material. Comprehensively improve product quality control standard.
3.2 Test fast: it takes only 3 seconds to test one rotor and output the test result. (not include the rotor clamping time)
3.3 Simple interface: professional testing software based on Windows XP.
3.4 Built-in IPC could save a large amount of test models and data. The testing data can be exported via USB port.
3.5 Help and support: the software is attached with instruction manual and testing data analysis.
3.6 The testing machine supports connection to MES system, and optional equipped with the extension function of barcode scanning, report form and QR code printing.
