Sepcial Crosslink Grade ACM Rubber
DESCRIPTION
Polyacrylate elastomers consist of various monomers, such as ethyl acrylate (EA), butyl acrylate (BA), methoxyethyl acrylate (MEA), and ethoxyethyl acrylate (EEA). These monomers are coupled with active crosslinking comonomers, which usually include 2-chlorovinyl ether, vinyl chloroacetate, allyl glycidyl ether, and acrylic acid. The structure of these monomers and comonomers affects the properties of ACM rubbers. Radical emulsion polymerisation is typically employed to manufacture ACM rubbers, with the molar mass being regulated by the amount of polymerisation initiator added.

CLASSIFICATION
(a) Divided by vulcanization point cross-linked monomers.
Chlorine type acrylate rubber, active chlorine type acrylate
rubber, epoxy type acrylate rubber, carboxyl type acrylate rubber,
double bond type acrylate rubber, double cross-linked type acrylate
rubber (chlorine carboxyl and epoxy carboxyl types)
(b) Divided by temperature range of use.
Heat resistant, brittle temperature -12 ℃, also known as standard
type; Cold resistant, brittle temperature -24 ℃; Ultra cold
resistant, brittle temperature -35 ℃.
APPLICATION
ACM, also known as automotive rubber, is mainly used in products in the automotive and mechanical industries that require high-temperature and heat-resistant oil. Mainly including:
1. Gaskets such as oil pan gasket, synchronous gearbox cover
gasket, rocker cover gasket, etc
2. Shaft seals such as bearing seals, O-rings, etc
3. Packing seals such as sealing sleeves, sealing caps, etc
4. Oil pipes such as motor oil cooling pipes, ATF cooling pipes,
power steering wheel hoses, etc
5. Air pipes such as ventilation pipes, turbine intercooler pipes,
etc
