1.Are you a Trade Company or OEM Factory, do you have ISO audit factory certificate?
Yes, we are factory with IOS factory certificate, if necessary, welcome to our factory to have a visit.
2.Do you company can offer free samples? MOQ?
In general, the sample need to be paid at the first beginning. But we will refund the sample cost in the bulk order of 3000 pcs qty and above. MOQ is 100 pcs for mass production.
3.How is your quality control?
We have a very strict inspection process from the raw material to the finished products, ensuring each product is appearance good, functions well and safe when they are in the customer hands.
4.Do you accept customized items?
Customized item based on our products is welcome, such as logo printing, package box design, app language change etc. As long as you offer us the detail information: size, pictures, design style, data uploading and so one, we will evaluate and discuss with you about it.
5. What certificates do you have?
Since Europe and America are our main markets, all of our products are align with CE / RoHS / FCC compliant satandard. For some models, the certificates are already available. And some other models, we will need your assistance to apply the certificates.
