1. Technical description
SZL series steam boiler is a kind of horizontal, double-drum, water
tube, chain grate boiler. There are two drums up and down: Steam
drum and water drum. The front of steam drum and two-side water
tubes walls compose radiation heating area. The convection tube
bundles between the back of steam drum and the whole water drum
compose the convection heating area. The economizer is arranged at
the back of the boiler. In the economizer, the soft water is heated
by hot smoke. Then the hot soft water goes into the boiler. It
makes use of the hot smoke's heat and saves more fuel. The steam
comes out of boiler to go into the steam distributor, which will
distribute the steam for different equipments. There are two kinds
of cyclones for your choice: Multi-tubular cyclone and water-film
cyclone. The dust removal efficiency of both cyclones is up to 95%.
While the SOx and NOx removal efficiency for the sencond one is up
to 98%.

3. Product Features
3.1 After simplifying the water-cycle route, we can reduce the
water-cycle resistance, raise ascending Tube velocity, improve the
reliability of the water cycle and ensure a safe and stable
operation.
3.2 Design enough heating surface, which makes more heat from fuel
absorbed. Flue gas temperature Is about 170ºC.
3.3 Reasonably designing front and back arch to improve the
temperature in the furnace, we also Rengthen the disturbance of
smoke in the high-temperature region. That reduces heat loss and
Fly-ash loss as a result of incomplete combustion.
3.4 We adopt light chain grate. It is easy to operate and
convenient to maintain. That makes sure that the Fuel is burned
fully.
3.5 Our boilers have a large convection heating surface, a stable
performance and even a long time Overload work. What's more, we
design the convection tube bundles in alternate permutation instead
Of in-line arrangement. All of those make our boilers can
absolutely have a high heat efficiency.
3.6 Through taking above measures, thermal efficiency of each
specification boiler is more than 80%, And is higher than national
standard.
3.7 We design double-side air inlet and independent air plenum. And
at the exit of furnace we set up a Smoke separation device by
inertia, which makes the original discharging dust concentration
lower Than 1800mg/Nm3. Our efficient water film dust scrubbing dust
collector makes sure the dust Removal efficiency up to 95% and SOx
and NOx removal efficiency up to 98%. These measures can Meet all
the demands and standards of environmental protection in the world.
3.8 Compact structure (except the 4t/h steam boiler, the others are
assembled at site). We design a Compact structure, which can reduce
the installation workload at site and shorten 2/3 of installation
Period.
3.9 We enlarge the diameter of steam drum to improve the
water-steam separation device. So that we Can ensure the steam of
good quality.
3.10 High automatization and easy operation. With our home-made
ECC, we can achieve automatic feeding water, alarm and safety
interlock of water level, safety interlock of air blower and
induced draft fan, etc.
