Functions:

The One-side 2600 mm Sander, BSGR26 is mainly used for thickness calibration.

The One-side 2600 mm Sander, BSGR-R-RP26 is mainly used for thickness calibration, sanding and polishing.

Applications:

The work piece can be big size multi-plywood, MDF/ HDF, particle board/ shaving board, blockboard/ core-board, wooden panel, or wood plastic composite materials, etc.

40-240 grit sandpaper can be used in this sander.

The main structure inside the belt sander is the same with that of a traditional sander except the position of electrical connection box and magnetic valve. The position of electrical connection box is at the front of the machine and with a dustproof cover. The position of magnetic valve, filter regulator lubricator and air pressure are at the left side of the machine and in the left organic glass door.
This kind of sanding machinery adopts stepless speed regulation for its feeding system, thus ensuring feeding stability and high efficiency.
