Load capability test+ discharge test
This product is mainly used to test loading capacity and aging degree of AC equipment and discharge of DC equipment. AC and DC dual, not only it can test the backup battery of UPS, but also the load capability of UPS output end because it can access AC and DC load separately. It is of high power density, stable resistance value and flat resistance temperature that adopts independent intellectual property patent technology and of which power component adopt new power consumption module. The power-consuming section using hand-tailored patented components (patent no. 02203924.4), ensures high power consistency, no red-hot, and automatic overheat protection, thus can prevent the load unit from overheat or burn-up even the fan is accidentally out of order. The use of mini-type single-phase 150 fans to make dispersed wind supply has significantly reduced the noise output. The unit has the comparative advantages of high reliability and safety, low-noise, and cost-saving over import products, and provides a scientific measure for the test and maintenance of AC/DC power equipments.
Main feature and function
The complete machine is of simple operation, convenient maintain, low noise and no pollution that adopts modularize structure of which load part and control part are isolated completely.
Cooling: forced air-cooling.
The complete machine can test two kinds of equipments for AC and DC and extend the application range that adopts sharing major circuit.
Test function: loading capacity test of AC, discharge test of battery and the test of DC.
Discharge current can be set according to capability parameter in DC part. After setting, it can achieve constant-current discharge. And the discharge current can be adjusted freely.
User of AC part can combine resistive load, inductive load, capacitive load and mixed load optionally according to users’ need.
Voltage and current test value of AC/DC can be showed clearly in number table.
Number time/accumulative time function: Discharge time can be set. Load can be closed automatically time out. This discharge time can be accumulated automatically.
The complete machine is of the protection function of automatic resistance broken overheat adopt new power consumption module.
It can move conveniently that adopts universal caster structure.
