Dimer fatty Acid for polyamide resin

Dimer acid is a kind of dicarboxylic acid which comes from two or more C18 fatty acids such as oleic acid, linoleic acid, etc.) in the presence of catalyst by polymerization.Dimer acid commodity is C36 dimers mixture, which contains a small amount of C54 trimer, part of the isomerization of C18 monomer.

Properties: light yellow transparent viscous liquid,

non-toxic; non-volatile,high flash point and burning point,

Application
1.It is mainly used in the manufacture of polyamide resin, lubricant, antirust oil, binder, coating, surface active agent, food additive, corrosion inhibitor, special lubricant; hot melt adhesive, plastic printing ink, etc.

2.It is used as gasoline and diesel oil additive.

3.It is widely used in coatings, such as alkyd paint and polyurethane coating.
