Working Principle:
The most important part of the whole machine is the Vibrating Rod in the center of inner pipe mould; the vibrator will produce high frequency
Exciting force while rotate at the fast speed, the exciting force will be passed through the inner mould, to the vibrating spring, and then to the outerMould, the concrete will become solid and density with the function of the vibration force. Then form the pipe.

This machine is capable to make two pipe of 300-800mm a time, the output per hour is about 12 pieces of 2.5 meter long pipes; for the diameter 1000-1200mm, the average output is about 5 pcs of 2.5 meter pipes per hour. |
