What's foundry dust collector

pulse bag type dust collector is a high efficiency, energy saving, stable and reliable operation dust collecting equipment which is developed by our company ,it absorbs a lot of overseas advanced technology of bag type dust collector. It can be used in boiler, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, food and other industries, and it is one of the most extensive application of dust removal device.

Working principle

Its structure is composed of five parts that top, middle, bottom box, ash discharge system and injection system, the top box includes cover plate and the air outlet, the middle box is composed of a porous plate,the filter bag frame and the filter bag, the bottom box is composed of by the hopper,the air inlet and the inspection door, blowing system comprises a pulse control instrument, pulse valve, blowing pipe and a gas bag.

When pulse bag type dust collector equipment works normally, dust contained gas enter the hopper from the inlet , due to the rapid expansion of the volume of a gas, a portion of coarse particles fall into the ash hopper by inertia or natural sedimentation and other reasons, most of the remaining dust particles up into the chamber of the bag with the air, after the bag filter, dust particles are retained in the the out side of the flter bag, the gas after purifying by the inside of the filter bag enters the top box,then into the atmosphere by the valve orifice and vent , so as to achieve the aim of dust. Along with the continuous filtration, the resistance of the dust remover is also increasing, when the resistance reaches a certain value, ash cleaning controller sends ash command, first of all the promotion valve plate will be closed, a cut-off filter air; then, ash cleaning controller sends a signal to the pulse electromagnetic valve pulse valve, with the pulse valve make the high pressure reverse air flow which is used as ash cleaning into the inside of the bag, the filter bag expansion quickly, and generate strong jitter, leading to the dust on the outside of the filter bag off, achieve the ash cleaning purpose.
