Automatic screen washing and developing machine: This machine can not only wash screens, but also can develop after washing. All the machine use 304 stainless steel.

Application Scope:

It suitable for stencil developing process. Full automatic developing, degreasing and decoating functions replace man-power.

Features:

1.Water-supply system is mainly composing by high speed pump and Japan's top band spray-shaped nozzle. The spurting-pressure can be adjusted from 3 to 6kg.

2.In compliance environment friendly rule, the series equip a special water-circulation system.

3.Air-dry system's working speed is 6m3/m.

4.Multiple parameters setting up(1-20), it enables to satisfy different plates developing.

5.Simple handling through the touch screen terminal.

6.Closed construction made of the stainless steel prevents the corrosion.

7.UHP nozzle head ensures the perfect cleaning quality.

8.Perfect surface guarantee an optimal bonding between the mesh and the frame.

9. All construction material use 304 stainless steel.
