Description
This model high strength bolts tester can test the large hexagon head high strength bolting with size (M16,M20,M22,M24,M27,M30), and the torsional shear type high strength bolting with size (M16,M20,M22,M24, M30), it can test the preload, torque, torque coefficient, then display and print.
When the preload reaches the setvalue, tester will buzzing and record the data, it also can calculate the torque coefficient automatically, after a batch test, tester can calculate the average preload, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, variable coefficient. It also has parameter backup and recover function, automatic calibration function, peak holding monitoring function. RS232 port is available; data can be transfer to computer for further process and test report can be printed out.
